Shipping/delivery takes 5 to 7 working days. However, there might be rare occasions of unexpected delays by the courier service.

Shipping costs vary according to the weight of each order based on standard courier services which charge more for heavier packages.

Especially for our bigger sizes, the shipping process might cause the acrylic to get loose and move out from the fasteners. If it is loose upon opening, simply push the acrylic and print back into place and ensure that theasteers are pressed down to secure the print and acrylic in place.

Our products include a MDF (Medium-Density Fiberboard) backing attached to the prints.

MDF can absorb moisture from the air, especially in environments with high humidity or if there's a lack of adequate air circulation. When moisture accumulates, it creates a conducive environment for mould growth.

To prevent this, it's advisable to:

1. Avoid using water when cleaning the frames. Use a dry and clean cloth/tissue instead.
2. Avoid hanging frames in areas prone to high humidity i.e. kitchen or washrooms
3. Ensure good ventilation in rooms where frames are hung.
4. Consider using a dehumidifier in humid conditions.
5. Maintain wall conditions to prevent any moisture seepage from damp walls or hidden leakages.
